Approve 5 to 7 cards. English and Hindi are approved separately. Any edit clears approvals. Hindi only ships if a Hindi editor approved it. Jokes are allowed on light cards only.
Add a story by hand
For newspapers: their headline and link, our own words. Paste the facts you checked as source text; the AI drafts from that only.
Rituals
Post a ritual to every pod now (they also run on schedule: 07:00 Chai, 13:00 quiz, 18:00 Mains, 21:30 Close the Day).
Coverage
Every paper and syllabus topic, as aspirants see them in the app's Syllabus tab, with what we have under each and how far English and Hindi have got. "In the app" means English is approved. Mocks and past papers count under the topics their questions are tagged with; everything else counts where the app shows it, from its subject and title. One item can count under several topics. Chai cards are included; rejected ones are not.
Videos
The current-affairs scenes, week by week. Watch each one with its captions, check the facts against the sources listed, then approve it. Only approved scenes reach the apps. Your name (top of the page) goes on the approval. "Free" scenes are open to everyone; the rest are in Plus.
Import a content pack
Pick the pack's folder (the one with manifest.json). Every file is checked against the manifest. Chai cards land in that day's queue; everything else lands below as drafts. Nothing reaches the app until an editor approves it.
five-writs-mnemonic.te.json):Send a content zip to Claude
For a zip straight from the content Project, from any phone or computer. It waits, unopened and private, until Claude Code checks it and imports it as drafts. Then tell Claude "new zip in the Desk inbox".
Write something new
Starts a draft from a template. Fill in both languages in the editor, then approve. For pictures or sounds, upload the file first and paste the link it gives you.
An item is in the app as soon as its English is approved. Hindi text ships only after a Hindi editor approves it. Any edit clears both approvals. Hide takes an item out of the app without deleting it.
Add a note
Our own words. Bare Acts and the Constitution may be quoted; NCERT and coaching notes may not.
Distress alerts come first. Reach out privately and kindly; never discuss them in the pod. Helplines: Tele-MANAS 14416 or 1-800-891-4416, emergency 112.
